We want you to love your color results, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened bottles or powder packets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that used or opened dye products cannot be returned due to the nature of the chemical contents.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are tightly sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
